Refund Policy

Effective September 24, 2026

Champ Mode is a $9.99 USD one-time purchase. You can request a refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase.

How to request one

Email support@dotmdchamp.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout and the purchase date so we can find the payment. If you have the purchase code, you may include it, but do not send card details.

What happens next

We will review the request and, if it is within the 14-day window, issue the refund through Stripe to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Requests after 14 days can still be considered if there is a product issue or applicable law requires a remedy.
